Tropical Inn

Very clean and tidy room with everything you may need. Lovely family runs this inn and they did everything to make us comfortable. Very nice breakfast. Good strong wifi. Good desk allowed me to work comfortably. We really loved our stay and will be happy to come back soon :)

It's not so important - but a smart TV would be a great addition to the room.

We really loved to stay in this homestay, the staff are friendly and warm and they help us with the transportation,everything was nice and clean, the food is tasty and huge, the location is so good, you can walk 5 min to Coconut Hill. I would like to come back. I highly recommend it

Everything was perfect. We felt like at home. Property is operated by nice and friendly family. They helped us a lot with few local advices and even sourced local herbs for medical use. Strongly recommended!

Best accommodation in Sri Lanka. It’s clean, well air conditioned and comfortable. The hosting family is simply awesome, they are the friendliest people. We loved the abundant fruit plate each morning. It’s just 2 min to the beach and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. We also went to Udawalawe NP with them, great experience. If we’d come back to Mirissa, we’ll definitely stay there again.

A water dispenser would have been great to refill our bottles. Unfortunately, taking a cold shower to cool down during the day is not possible, since the water is really hot. They could also provide a shampoo and shower gel dispenser, but that’s a minor issue.

I LOVED this place! So clean and nice. And the cleanliness is important to me. The hosts made the stay even better, the sweetest family, so happy and friendly. I love them! They really did all they could to make me happy, even if I’m not a demanding person. They also serve so much breakfast, you won’t go hungry. Supposed to stay 2 nights but ended up staying 3 nights. If I go to Sri Lanka again I will be back for sure. If you looking at this accommodation, please do not hesitate.

Good big room. Polite and helpful staff. The place is very close to the beach. Breakfasts were very big and tasty) there were a lot of different fruits plus omelette or fried eggs and different other food.

We had a very spacious room with excellent AC and a huge fridge which was very welcomed in the heat! Directly opposite turtle beach where we saw many turtles. This lovely hotel is run by a kind and helpful family who helped us work out what time out train was and organised a lift to the station. Breakfast was INCREDIBLE both in amount and quantity. Highly recommend a stay here during your time in Mirissa for some slightly quieter vibes away and a comfortable and clean hotel!

Nothing at all

Very clean and tasteful accommodation on the first floor of the villa. Extremely friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Extensive breakfast, including a wide variety of fresh fruit. Functional air conditioning and wifi. Cleaning and towel change during the stay. Good location close to the main beach in Mirissa, approx. 50 m. across the road. Great choice of restaurants nearby.

Awesome and very welcoming family taking care of the Inn, always extremely clean and friendly. You can see they are doing their best with facilities, tasty Lankan breakfast, cleaning 10/10. The location is superior, especially if you like swimming - because right across the Inn (50 meters) there is a beach perfect for swimming. and then 2 minutes from the inn there is also a fancy beach with good food and cocktails and swimming pool. there are many good seafood restaurants in the area, fruit markets, massages. Location is 10/10 for sure, there are even monkeys playing on the neighboring roof.

Pillows were uncomfortable, but the staff quickly suggested other options and replaced them for us upon request.
