IELovely family run hotel, perfectly located in Mirissa, walking distance to the beach and many great bars and restaurants. The family prepared a great breakfast for us each day as well as being super kind and helpful to arrange transport for the day and go our next hotel. The room was clean and had good AC and a nice shower.

CZBeautiful accommodation, spacious room always with functioning air conditioning and always with hot water. The beautiful beach is only a 2-minute walk away. The breakfasts were the best of all the stays we had in Sri Lanka - a full plate of fresh fruit, eggs prepared in various ways, bread, butter, jam, and always some surprise at the end. The hosts are very kind people, they helped us arrange anything we needed - transportation from the airport and for all our trips. I highly recommend a stay at Tropical Inn :-)
The only thing to be aware of is that the accommodation is located by a relatively busy street, like everywhere in Mirissa. However, we didn't hear any noise, only crossing the street was occasionally a bit of a challenge.

No shampoo provided. No hot water and extremely little water pressure. The towels were hard. While the host would arrange for til til or driver, they were always more expensive than doing yourself.
NLThe room is spacious and clean including a very nice bathroom. The breakfast is delicious. It is located close to an entrance to the beach and also near restaurants. The family that runs this hotel is very hospitable and super kind. They made our stay perfect. Thanks a lot!
