No hot water geyser off and on a timer problem only got fixed after I phoned the owner. Staff were happy to just let me stay without fixing the problem. Cupboards and shelves were broken. No hot tub as per advert on web page. Laundry hanging all over the balcony rails. Had to wait for room to get ready

I'm writing to express my disappointment with our recent booking at Green Valley Guesthouse Despite the property's advertisement of free WiFi, we've been unable to connect to the internet for the majority of our stay. We specifically chose this property because of its advertised WiFi and workspace, but unfortunately, the internet connection has been unreliable and mostly unavailable. We were only able to connect for about an hour a day we arrived, before the connection dropped. We've spoken to the property's staff, who informed us that the owner is aware of the issue and has advised that the internet will be reloaded. However, we've yet to see any resolution. We've also contacted the (link unavailable) assistance number, but were told that the team would check online and get back to us. Unfortunately, we haven't received any further updates. As a result of the unreliable internet connection, we've missed important meetings and have had to reschedule others. My husband even had to go to a nearby Wimpy to connect to the internet for a critical meeting. When I did a follow up later around 8:55pm on Friday the 7th of March no response was given to me, I then received a call around 10:57pm to be informed that internet was long loaded only to find out the staff members had disconnected the router from the plug due to no internet connection, this was the only part that frustrated me we couldn't work since our arrival the internet signal was also bad even though internet was restored. Hopefully this issue will be resolved and when I come on my next visit a change of connection will be perfect other than that the property is perfect only swimming pool needs to be prepared as well.
