The communication, friendliness & helpfulness of staff. Pillows were comfortable. Bed was reasonable - for one night.

1. Sliding door from bedroom to balcony faulty, wouldn't lock. Security guard eventually and with difficulty, locked it. 2. Front arch doors are sagging, cant open properly, screeching noice against porcelain doors. 3. Front arch doors can't lock with key - handle off on inside, lock half inside wood. 4. Front arch doors lock with two flimsy bolts at the top (I can't reach). To get into unit Security guard enters from opposite side door of building, slides down bolts and with difficulty pushes open doors. He then locks doors when I am inside and leaves through other door. No escape route in case of fire. 5. Towel rail in bathroom broken off. 6. No toiletries as advertised. 7. Soap dish dirty, old soap remnants. 8. No hot water to bath. 9. No dustbin in bathroom nor bedroom. 10. No toilet paper - had 8 segments until next morning when staff arrived. Bedroom door not good quality. 11. Lounge couch old with a massive burn hole. 12. Swimming pool not functional - no water, seems it won't be fixed. 13. No proper parking bays, just park on grass. 14. Yes, the driveway is long and steep. Place is run down and not maintained. It must have been good once upon a time. Those "Exceptional" ratings for this place are fraudulent.

The interior was very nice
