ZAVery big communal living area for a backpackers
We were mislead from the beginning. You do not get everything that is seen in the pictures and listed in the amenities. My gran was only allowed hot water certain times and we were accused of staying more people than 2 because we went to visit my gran during the day. According to Blessing, we had to make appointments to visit my gran. The driveway is TERRIBLE. The doors didn't lock. There were a lot of other things as well that we were deceived with and my gran used her last bit of savings to get this place in order to come to our wedding. The overall experience was very very bad to the point where we had to get another place for my gran to stay. This is a backpackers and not a 'Bed and Breakfast'.
ZAThe lounge was nice and modern, kitchen big, the lady who cleans is very good.
It was like the house that jack built, every thing seems 1/2 finished, the pool was empty, the steps had no had rail, the downstairs rooms had access to our room upstairs, one morning the housekeeper brought a guest up stairs to use our shower because theirs wasn't working, didn't ask, just waltzed on through. in my MES the basin only produced HOT water. we had to ask for towels, and then we were given nappy size hand towels, there were no soap holders, towel holder, toilet roll holder, no mirror in the MES. The manager had rented out our other room, one of our party had to sleep on the couch and the other on a blow up mattress. they wanted to shut off the geyser at night to save electricity.

Monkeys eating all our stuff overnight and the shower was always cold.

ZAHad to wait hours for hot water, we were misled by the ad, when we got to premises they made us share a kitchen with other people, the drive way and walk way had green slippery substance which was a hazard, it was a miserable stay, the owner upon our complain switched his phone off. The main gate was always open, no security guards it's definitely not a good location.

The fittings in all the rooms were broken. The curtain rails were broken. There were no toiletries or hair dryer as advertised. The pillows were very un comfortable
ZAOur entrance was through another bedroom. Our room had no keys and one of the staff actually came in to our room. The plugs tripped and we could not charge our phones.
ZAWater was cold
