"Rather a construction site than a five star boutique hotel"

The place will be nice, once it will be finished

It was an absolute joke- it was not worth the money at all. First of all, it still was a construction site when we got there, so you also had the construction noise all the time. The pool was extremely dirty, so I would not recommend to anybody to go for a swim there. The toilet seat was broken, the curtains are not fixed so everything you want to move them, everything fell apart. No hot water in the shower and the door to the bathroom does not close. Also the staff is really awkward, we had the curtains closed all the time because they were staring at us when we were in the room (we were there because we had to stay longer in Kuta because we got really sick and needed a place to stay). And to top it all off, the booking said „breakfast included“ but we got a message by the owner saying he is sorry but they don’t have breakfast at the moment because they are still looking for a chef. It’s all understandable that this hotel is not finished yet and has a lot of work that has to be done there, but it’s a joke to rent the place as a five star boutique hotel when it’s not even worth a penny.
