Location was superb as the property is central but quiet. Our room was spotlessly clean & pleasant. Staff were friendly & we were able to leave our bags at the property before we checked in & after we checked out which was a great help as we were catching a night bus.

The beds are extremely hard.

Very friendly host, helped me with booking bus and tour, also the room was very clean and has l the necessities! Definitely recommend!

Great value for the price This small hotel in Sapa Town was a great stay. It's not one of those big resorts, but it does the job perfectly for the price. Clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet — even with all the hustle and bustle of Sapa Town just outside.

There's no AC in the room which makes sense because it's quite cool anyway, but it gets really humid in the room when it rains

Clean, comfortable, quiet room. Close to the center, convenient for walking. Lovely host, he booked me a hiking tour through the villages in Sa Pa which was great, reasonable price. Worth staying!

Can recommend this place. It is basic but it has everything you need (even a heatable blanket). The location is good snd quiet.
