The location is very convenient and you, the room is clean and meets basic needs. Quang helped me a lot (check in early, schedule advice, booking services,...) to make my trip easier, thank you very much

Hotel was immaculately clean and in the most perfect location. Electric blanket was a nice touch.

Beds were so hard and uncomfortable. Paid for a Mountain View but there were only buildings in front of our room and there were no mountains to be seen (not just because of the weather). Rooms were so cold due to low Sapa temperatures, obviously the weather isn’t the properties fault but possibly install a heating system for cold winter

No heat

From the moment I booked the accommodation, the host was extremely helpful. They assisted with booking train tickets, arranged hiking trips, and even recommended a delicious sturgeon hotpot. Winter temperatures in Sapa are low, but fortunately, the bed in the room had an electric heating blanket, making it warm and comfortable to sleep. This is a highly recommended accommodation choice.

Excellent location right near the centre of town. Clean rooms and helpful staff. The room was a little small but this is to be expected so close to the centre of town. Short walk to restaurants and shops. I asked if I could use a kettle and they gave me one to take to my room.
