Central Haven Apartments

The location was excellent, online check-in was quick and easy. Metro, stations, shopping center nearby with many restaurants, cafes and markets.

We got an apartment on the ground floor with a window to the street, very unlit with natural light and subject to noise. It was noisy on several occasions. The electricity also often went out for a few minutes.

I liked the location.

It didn’t even have a window (just a gap where the window should be) in the property. After 4 days of ongoing back and forth they refused to fix it and told me they gave me a heater to solve the problem. The shutters were also broken so I couldn’t even close these to help the lack of a window. This place was so loud and so cold as it’s mid winter and next door to a bar. Not only that is those who are smoking outside of the bar, send the smoke right up into the apartment. I even tried contacting booking but they wouldn’t take responsibility over the issue even though they have this place on their website.

It was perfect in any way. I would definitely go it again. Recommended

Was a bit noisy because of the traffic but hey this is a city so you will get use to it.

The place is organized and has a good location.

I was charged €100 for an existing damage to the upper floor where one of the beds is located. I declined to pay, but I warn you to take a photo so as not to be harassed unfairly.

Good apartment for a stay of a couple of days in Budapest. Close to metro station and close to another tram station. The room is spacious, beds are comfy and the kitchen is well equipped. There is a boiler in the bathroom, so close to instant hot water at any time of day. Also, there is a clothes washing machine in the kitchen if you need it.

Cleanliness leaves to be desired, there were a lot of roaches around the entire apartment, I don't know if it's a problem with the entire building, but it should be addressed. The windows are old, they lead into a street with a bar and it gets quite noisy, especially during weekend nights.
