Central Haven Apartments

The host was kind and responsive.

Even though the cleaners took more time than initally planned, the apartment was not fully cleaned and we still found a lot of dirt. As for the kitchen, all the dishes and the utensils were sticky and dirty. There was indeed a paper towel holder, but the paper towels themselves were missing. The provided fan was too small to cool down the rooms on a summer day/night. A bigger fan or an air conditioner would be needed. Also, we couldn't even use the provided towels in the kitchen or in the bathroom, as they left a lot of fluff on the dishes and on our skin, too. The water in the bathroom sink would not go down, because it was clogged with a lot of dirt and hair, pribabily from previous travelers, and it was disgusting. Finally, the door to the apartment group was hard to open and close, as the wooden door expanded from the heat and humidity and it got stuck multiple times.

Good connection on public transport, close to center, great bar nearby

The upper bed was a bit too hot for sleep (there is a small fan available, but getting a more powerful one would surely help).

The location was great (5 mins to metro), easy check-in.

The towels that were provided for us on bed were still wet and little bit smelly due to the fact, that they were folded wet. My BF needed to work from home and he couldn't, as the wifi was not sufficient. There is one little tiny pan and two small pots, so we asked, if they can provide bigger ones - "yeah someone will come". However, no one came. Noise from the streets.
