Location is great - very close to the train station and close to where the queuing starts for the bus to Machu Picchu. Room and bed size is decent.

Not sure what size of elves the bathroom and the shower/tub was meant for or why a room directly face to face with a stadium has a thin merely decorative window that literally makes you feel like you are IN the stadium, and the stadium does not wind down the noise until midnight - Peruvian football fans are very ardent. This was not the worst part, though, the worst part was the fact that there was no water in the morning. At all. And we could not reach any staff. Every friend of mine in every of the 5 rooms we had, tried calling the Reception - no answer, went down in person - nobody there, went upstairs and found somebody with a pulse in the breakfast facility - were rudely ignored by a person pretending we were not there, literally no word was said to us. We got up at 4 a.m. to leave the hotel at 5 for the 6 o'clock admission to Machu Picchu and we had to brush our teath with the only bottled water we had and were not able to shower or even flush the toilet. At breakfast we encountered a group of still drunk Polacks who were picking up food wtih their dirty hands (no water, remember?) and the staff were not in a hurry to provide tongs to serve bread or cheese. When, disgusted by this lack of basic senitation we came down to Reception, there was finally a nonchalant lady there who acted surprised there was no water, even though another friend just passed by and even showed her a video. She had the nerve to remind us we had to check out at 10 a.m. to which we replied that there was no way we would be checking out until we had a shower coming back from the mountains. She seemed annoyed and asked how long we would be taking. We found it prudent to finish the conversation before it became a fully-blown conflict and go queue for the bus, to resume this once we are back.

Great experience overall, the receptionist was exceptionally helpful and gave us very useful advice about when and how to buy Machu Picchu tickets. The atmosphere was welcoming, and we felt well taken care of during our stay.

The only small downside was that the street can get noisy late at night.

The location ! The hotel is only a few minutes away from both bus and train stations. The staff were really friendly. He met us at the train station and went to the bus station with us to buy the bus tickets for next day. The breakfast was good.

The bathroom was very small , and the room smelled a little stinky.

Lagde midt i byen. Fin rent værelse. God morgenmad. Opbevaring af kuffert gratis.

Мы взяли номер с видом на реку и постоянно слышали её когда засыпали - это классное природное чувство спокойствия. Близко к станции поезда и к станции отправления на автобус до Мачу Пикчу. Вообще этот отель расположен очень близко ко всему и есть лифт внутри отеля. Горячая вода есть.

Как обычно - завтраки. Почему-то во всех отелях Перу все завтраки очень похожи и очень простые. Очень маленькие номера.
