Er was niet iets wat er echt uitsprong.

De prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Het was een prima kamer, maar feitelijk was het een omgebouwde garage ( qua grootte ) het was naar ons idee echt heel klein. Ook de ligging was behoorlijk onhandig.

The apartment was beautifully furnished and super nice. Spacious rooms, nice bathrooms. We loved the small pool, although water was freezing . The location was also good, we used tuk tuk to move around.

many bugs could get inside through the door (even when closed).

Everything was great: super clean, nice, spacious. We got a free upgrade of the room which was very nice. The staff is super responsive, totally recommend for a comfy stay-you wouldn’t want to leave!

Excellent property . One of the very best we have stayed in Sri Lanka . You can see that the owners have put a lot of thought into the area for comfort . Kitchenette was very well equipped. Bathroom spacious with a great shower . Lighting was well thought off . Towels and linen were luxurious . We ended staying indoors a whole day as it was so comfortable !!

We could not fault any single thing at this property. Facilities & service was excellent .

I’ve really enjoyed my stay here, it’s quiet and relaxing but also convenient for trips into town. I had a really clean and modern room that never felt uncomfortable. There is lots of green space and light outside and a nice sized pool. I opted to have breakfast which was great as well. The owners were warm and welcoming throughout my stay and were happy to answer my questions about exploring Colombo. They were also kind enough to recommend some transport providers for a trip to Sigiriya. I would really recommend Colombo Villa as a relaxing base in Colombo!

I wish I had booked a longer stay!

What I really liked about the property was how clean everything was. I had my own private space and it honestly felt like having my own little house. It was very cozy, with a small balcony where I could sit at the table and comfortably do my office work. The internet was fast, the food was good, and overall the place felt calm and welcoming. The pool and garden was the highlight. On top of that, the owners were lovely people, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

Cleanliness, hospitality of the hosts...very warm and personable. Interior decor of the property especially the common areas were impressive. Peaceful, quiet, comfortable. The chef was unavailable the day I stayed so cannot comment on food service but that aside everything was a 10/10 .Be selective on room size depending on your stay requirements. The single rooms are ideal for solo travellers. The larger rooms for couples or families are very spacious. I will be visiting again.
