We had a great stay! The accommodation offers excellent value for the location. Our room was right in front of the lake, which gave us a stunning view throughout our stay. The lake area is beautiful—you can even rent a boat or enjoy a meal at the lakeside dining area, all just steps away from our room. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had a modern, comfortable interior. The bed was super cozy, and having our own parking space directly in front of our room made everything so convenient. We also appreciated that the place is pet-friendly—our golden retriever was welcome for a $100 fee. One of the best parts was the hassle-free check-in and check-out process. There was no need to go through the lobby—we simply received a message with our room number and passcode. Super easy and efficient. We would definitely stay here again!

While I really appreciate that the property is pet-friendly, I think there’s room for improvement in how the pet fee is communicated. The website’s Q&A section mentioned a $50 pet fee, but it didn’t specify that the fee could be higher depending on the dog’s breed or whether they shed. After booking and notifying the property about my golden retriever, I was informed the fee would be $100 due to shedding. Although I’m more than willing to pay for my dog, I believe it would be really helpful to clearly specify this detail on the website. That way, guests can have accurate expectations and plan accordingly.

The location was beautiful

The walls were incredibly thin and not insulated properly for sound. I could hear my neighbor type in their key code, open a can of soda, use the bathroom and hear every word they said at 5am and at 3am. There was sand all over the floor when we arrived. We only were ever in the room and then to our vehicle in the lot, so we did not bring it in. Their towels were cheap and thin.

The hotel needs a VERY different parking method. Paid a good buck for the accommodations and two nights I had to park on the street. Most of the people parking there were not staying there. Need a placard for your mirror or something. If you are not staying there park somewhere else. Needs insulation between floors, above use I think they were having elephant races half the night, after 10:00 is suppose to be quiet time. We have stayed there several time and this is the first time we were disappointed.
