Nice clean rooms and balcony was so nice by the lake

No lobby or reception. Staff help via cell phone. Rob very responsive when I couldn’t figure out how to get in. Also assumed a lodge would have a lobby gathering place with a fireplace like ice stayed in before in Wisconsin.

Had a great view, very clean and modern. Easy to relax.

The walls were a bit thin and you could hear the neighbors decently well.

I didn't know about breakfast.

Brand new facility. I guess there was a fire and it is brand new. Very beautiful! Opens to lake front view has chairs outside on patio. But far enough from tollway easy to get to location for family wedding! Got to bring our pup! Family wedding so all the siblings stay in different units!! 9 siblings and family!! Pls ty if different units different size units!

Everything was clean. Everything worked. The information regarding facility was clear and concise. The unit was easy to access. Parking was great.

It was a little difficult to figure out the location of the unit. You could easily hear the person staying in the unit above us. Its would have been nice to have a lazyboy-like chair to sit and read.

Contactless check-in and out was seamless and wonderful although manager was very friendly also. Rooms are very large compared to most. Beautiful view of Lake Wisconsin. Ample towels available without having to ask. Double set of sinks nice feature. In room frig has nice size freezer. Plenty of light.

Since rooms are larger than average an occasional chair would be nice. Note that there were 2 dining chairs at a decent sized table.
