USLoved the location. The apartment was the size expected.
Very worn-especially the kitchen. I do Airbnb because I have food issues and need to cook for myself. Everything felt worn, with some of the dishes and bakeware not being clean. Most things, including the knives, had a sticky feel to them. Plus, cutlery was pretty stingy…again, one expects to cook and maybe even have a companion or two come over for a meal. Not possible in this place. Shower curtain not clean. This could be an ideal apartment and great for longer term rentals with a bit of TLC.
USIt was a very nice apartment; Safe neighborhood, clean and convenient. The owner was very responsive. Answered all my questions and helped me solve everything. I would stay here again.
USThe location is awesome (i would say it's definitely more montrose than midtown, however). Great for walking to restaurants and night clubs. The apartment feels very secure and safe, as well. The host was super friendly and proactive.
No covered/assigned parking made for a pretty miserable unloading experience Water pressure sucks, so beware if you have long or thick hair! Dont use too much conditioner bc youll never get it out! 🤣 It is a downstairs unit and unfortunately the neighbor directly above is like an over 6' tall body builder, so more than once i was worried he was going to just fall through the ceiling, he was sooooo loud with his walking!

No covered parking and it was confusing finding the apartment at first bc the building right next to looks exactly the same.
