Very good contact with the host. Apartment very nice, comfortable, the same like on the pictures. It is located on 2nd floor without lift, so there may be some problems for disabled people or young children. Deposit was given back very fast.

You need to provide the photos of IDs/passports of all guests before arrival.

Was very clean, apartment was exactly like in pictures, very convenient location, much better than Hotel for families cause there are not a lot of neighbors, very quiet area and noise isolation. The owner sends detailed instructions on how to find property at any time, and the time for check-in is not basically limited as u get a key urself in the locker. DON'T BE AFRAID TO SEND SECURITY DEPOSITE, the owner is trustworthy, everything works smoothly if u don't steal or damage smth it is sent back. Having spent time in the apartment, I understand why the owner needs it, as everything is in very good condition and taken care of.

One of the bed sheets was ugly stained and should be replaced.

We needed a flat for a group of 6 students. The manager was really helpful and suggested an upgrade to a bigger apartment for most of the stay. Both apartments were good and communication with the owner was easy. I recommend it.
