It took over 2.5 hours to gain access. It was like an air b&b. This was not disclosed. We thought we could go and leave luggage before and after the lodging. We had to pay for early access just to leave the luggage. We then had to drag the luggage a long way to store it after we checked out. Everything was on the Internet but with an average age of 78 and no internet connection as internationals, we were totally stuck. It was a nightmare. I don’t think I’ll use your services again.

The location. Balcony. Great facilities.

Struggled with initial lock box but worked after a few tries. Was probably me lol

Great location but a street map on how to get there being as there are so many one way streets would have helped.

Unfortunately kitchen was not well equipped to prepare meals. Burnt saucepans. No salad bowl. No microwave jug for sauces etc. No vegetable knife. No dishcloth to wipe the bench. Managers did provide a pot scrub/sponge and another filetting knife which helped.

Location. Facilities. Warmth.

Few things weren't working. Shower drain was blocked

Beds were great. Location was great. Rubbish trucks picking up all the bottles from the bars at 6am were a little noisy.

Not much really. No complaints.

Location. On block from the waterfront. Easy access to trains/ ferries / buses. Unit was satisfactory - 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms Kitchen living& dining area.

Street noise was awful and very drafty in the cool rainy weather.

Location was fantastic, would definitely recommend. The security was great...

Apartment needed a little maintenance, not major, but was a little tired
