Location was great, unit was spacious and clean

Was slightly noisy, kitchen could do with some additional items eg can opener.

Location, easy check in and communication.

It was self serve. We were instructed not to call any numbers without messaging first and waiting a few hours for a response. Not great in an emergency when the dishwasher leaked on the carpet.

The apartment was not clean. Bedsheets had stains, carpet was full of hair and food straps. Furniture covered in stains. The shower was covered in mould and weird soap stains showing that it had not been cleaned. We were instructed to not call the management but message and wait several hours. Not great in an emergency. The dishwasher leaked all over the carpet leaving a soggy wet patch in the middle of the apartment - it was difficult to communicate with management and actually they never ended up responding to any of my photos or concerns. I will be requesting a refund from my credit card.

There was nothing not to like. Fantastic accommodation in a wonderful location.

Collecting the keys was fine

Finding the location of the accomodation after we obtained the keys was confusing (could be stated better, such as "Next door, to the left of the key collection place"

It was close to the Viaduct and the city

Noise was really bad till 5am, taxi stand right outside. Windows need to be replaced with better double glazing

Unfortunately, no water on morning of checkout. To be fair, the property managers were not aware until we advised and we were offered late checkout which didn't suit our circumstances. We paid for early check in and I suggested this fee was refunded, however 2 weeks later and sadly no comms or offer of compensation since this.
