Close to Eat street and gardens, good sized rooms, great thermal pool and spa, quiet area

Tired accommodation, small bed for 2 adults, rooms were very warm

It was suitable for what we needed. The location was perfect. We participated in an event at the Gardens which was less than a 5min walk up the road.

Sign in was smooth.

The property is more tired than it seemed from the photo at time of booking. It may be there is progressive renovation which is fine. But peeling paint and damage to walls was not what I was expecting

One staircase is weirdly small but no biggie we used the other stairs

The location was convenient.

The bed sunk in the middle. the thermal pool and spa didn't feel clean. We couldn't bring ourselves to use it. The place needs a renovation desperately.
