"Perfect place to stay in La Spezia."

Perfect. Lovely bright and clean apartment in the fairly modern block just 10 minutes walk from the city centre and the ferries to the Cinque Terre. The owners met us there and showed us round the apartment. Two bug bedrooms with a small balcony off each one. There is a well equipped kitchen and dining table but no living room as such - just a small sofa In the hallway. Its on the 5th floor but there is a good sized lift. Only a few minutes walk to shops and bars. Can’t fault this place at all.

Freundliche Gastgeber, gute Lage, mit Aufzug zum 5te Stock.

Duschkopf könnte besser sein. Hellhörig, da könnte man die Nachbar Zimmern hören.

The owners picked up us at the train station which was such a pleasant surprise. The place was quiet, comfortable and close to restaurants and shops

"Apparemment très bien et fonctionnel"

Accueil très chaleureux avec petite attention de bienvenue. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et très réactifs si problème. Appartement propre et fonctionnel pour 4 personnes, nous y avons passé 1 semaine. Tout le nécessaire de base est fourni même le café , le thé , le sucre …… Il est bien placé (25 min à pied de la gare) pour visiter les cinque terres et place de parking assez facile à trouver pour 1€ de l’heure (de 8h30 à 20h payant). Je recommande ce logement.

Douche un peu petite Impossible de brancher le lave linge en même temps que la climatisation.

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral, war sehr sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Außerdem haben wir viele Tipps und Empfehlungen von Maurizio bekommen, wo man essen könnte und was man auf jeden Fall gesehen haben muss.

Die Parkplatzsituation ist angespannt, wenn Veranstaltungen in der Innenstadt stattfinden. Ansonsten findet man einen Parkplatz in der Hauptstraße (Viale Italia) oder in der Tiefgarage Europa Park.
