Pool area was lovely, nice place to relax. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms are beautifully decorated.

Bathrooms are on level 1 and 2 which is inconvenient when you are downstairs in the living area.

This property is amazing. The design is beautiful. My granddaughter thought she was staying in a castle. There are 3 levels with your own infinity pool. The penthouse bedroom is amazing. I cannot speak highly enough of the host. And the breakfast was so delicious with great options. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

There is nothing I didn't like. And the area has such a great vibe with amazing views.

The staff was, as everywhere, incredibly kind and available. The facility was pleasant (at least on paper, the villa is nice) and in a good position with lots of restaurants and other amenities very close

If you have a policy that makes customers responsible for leaving stains, blood or do damages and you are supposed to charge them for the damages, you SHOULD use the money to fix those for the following customers! ALL our towels had stains on them, pretty gross and unsettling. Yes they were cleaned but to find them stained it was still EXTREMELY unpleasant. You should use the money to buy new towels not reuse them for new customers if they leave them stained.. Even the bed linens were stained, I mean what the actual hell. Never seen anything like this, anywhere. Definitely did not expect this in a "luxury" villa. The breakfast options were pretty miserable, the coffee was disgusting, and a lot of the appliances in the villa were there just for show, they DID NOT WORK at all (e.g. the coffee maker). The stairs of the villa had clear blood stains everywhere that were left there for us to see and again, it was quite gross. The showers had more like a drip of water than a proper stream, and hot water lasted a few minutes, not even the time for a single shower. The provided ""shampoo"" and ""shower gel"" were the same thing just put in different dispensers, and of extremely low quality. The management/owners have failed pretty miserably from our point of view. Also, for the price, you can find MUCH better, actually you can find much better for much cheaper. We moved around Bali during our stay and we can confirm without doubt that the place is overpriced and not worth it. We stayed in other places that cost a fraction (almost HALF THE PRICE!) and we had a dream experience there.
