"The good, the bad and the grotty"

Good sunset view, good location, pool was nice

Shower had little to no water pressure, quite dirty and grotty in some areas, paint was peeling in many places, smelled like sewage in the top room when night came

"Beautiful villa in very crowded location"

Nice people, beautifull villa good service by local people

The facility needed good maintenance , shower and water tap sort of broken needed repair or replqcment . Also didn't like the location very busy and very hard to walk in the street with number of cars

"Great villa if you looking for peace and quiet"

The concept of the villa was beautiful, although they do need updating inside, the bathroom wasn’t that clean and was a bit rusty other than that we had a great 2 night stay here. Location was ok it’s in the middle of the island so around 15-20 mins on a bike from the beach. Breakfast was good and gets delivered to your villa every morning.

Location wasn’t great, I would stay more near the beach next time

"Pro’s and con’s"

The villa (we stayed in no 3) looks pretty, with a nice looking pool and kitchen. Great to have a laundry machine at hand. The location was good, nice Uluwatu beaches and places of interest within reach. Market and restaurants within walking distance. Be aware the road towards the property does not have street lights. The people are nice and helpful. We chose the location because of the trampoline and play area for the kids. That was indeed quite nice. As it was behind the fencing of our villa, more part of a communal area, they only went once.

Bathroom facilities really need a fix up. Pressure too low, shower seemed to be badly installed. Cold water at times. Doors of the living and top Floor were difficult to open/close with the key. Portions at breakfast were fine for us, but could be too small for others.

Beautiful villa, nice area not too far from lots of cafes and restaurants.

A little far from the beach but totally fine if you have a scooter!
