Peanut House

Very good location. Highlight of my time in Asia. I was not expecting such a wonderful experience for the price I paid. The host organized tours for me and his wife does laundry. You can tell they are good people. Look no further book this temple home stay.

The staff is amazing

Staff were so kind and helpful! One of the nicest i’ve seen in Bali for sure!!

nice view from the terrace, where you can work with your laptop. Wifi works very well. it’s a nice quiet place, ideal if you want to relax in the silent. Not expect a social busy place. AC in the room and beds are big and comfortable. it seems to be in an authentic Balinese location. the position is good, close to one of the main roads. The owners are very sweet people and look after you. Breakfast is included.

I was alone in the room, but I actually liked it. owners gave me good attentions :)

Good location

I had a problem with the ferry so I was unable to stay the first night. I called to ask not to cancel my stay and the lady at the front desk was very nice and understanding. But the next day when I was already staying and decided to go for breakfast there was no one around. I called the number available on the booking app but no one answered, the same with the costumer service chat. After about 90 minutes waiting and almost at the deadline a man appears and tells me in a bad way to sit me on the floor if I want to have breakfast, the place wasn’t clean so I told him that I will sit upstairs but he was very upset. There was an sign with 4 different breakfast options but there was only bread, butter half banana and apple. I insisted that I wanted egg but the man very annoyed told me that there were no eggs, me and the rest of the guests we started to request that they have to respect the options offered so the man went to the kitchen and magically the eggs appeared. The man adopted a very bad attitude against me and every morning and every time he saw me ( and I still had 3 nights of stay left) he asked me in a very aggressively way at what time i’ll check out. I lost all confidence in the place so I decided not to have breakfast again or extend my stay (I was planning to stay for 2 more weeks) very unpleasant. The dogs on site were quite aggressive and barked all night long. The wifi did not work in the room and there was constant construction noise. No daily cleaning
