The terrace for coffee in the morning

We booked an apartment with two bedrooms and three beds, the sofa bed was pictured in the listing. Upon check in, the third bed was a sofa, not the fold out kind, abut a sit on one. So one of our group had to sleep on two cushions on the floor for the whole stay, the rest of the building was booked out and management did not want to assist us at all, argumentative and dismissive and was not interested in resolving our issues. They blamed the issue on translation on the website. The hot water service didn’t work for the first day, I waited in the apartment for seven hours for it to be repaired, and had to explain the issue at length with the workman so they did the right repairs. They replaced the taps with all plastic pipe and then two days before check out the hot water began to have issues again. The terrace is not private, so it’s not really an apartment with a terrace, and it felt a very intrusive given it looked directly into our apartment with other guests using it and trying to access our apartment. The outdoor furniture is weathered to the point the tables buckled and leach black everywhere, you can’t sit plate evenly on the tables There was insufficient cups and glasses and no bedding for the extra “bed” upon check in. I requested a clean whilst we were away for three days but they did not have an extra key to access our apartment so they left the bedding and towels for us to do it all, the apartment was never cleaned by the company for the duration of our stay as we did not want to leave keys in a pot plant to access the apartment. The second security door does not work. The street noise is loud so don’t expect a decent nights sleep with people and dogs barking continuously. Between the management company and booking.com the whole experience here was woeful and I would never recommend staying here. Booking.com took over a week to address my complaint which is still in dispute, I recommend you book an apartment with Airbnb.

Excelente localización, hermoso apartamento.

No funcionaba el calentador de la ducha, pero aún así le doy un 5, eso no dañó mi experiencia.

La struttura è ben arredata, letti comodi. La cucina è fornita di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno in vacanza I bagni hanno docce abbastanza grandi e fornite dei dispenser con bagno schiuma, shampoo e balsamo. Diana è stata molto cortese e disponibile nel farci occupare una stanza poiché arrivati molto presto rispetto all’orario di check in

L’appartamento nr. 1 aveva odore di umidità essendo al piano terra Pavimento in legno un po’ rovinati e con piccoli dislivelli

El departamento es muy bonito y comodo

Estuvimos 5 días es prácticamente 1 semana y pro le costó no incluyó ni un día de limpieza, según pregunté dijo que cada 5 días de estancia pero estuvimos 5; creo que debería incluir cada 3 días algún tipo de limpieza mínima; es una sugerencia. A tomar en cuenta por el alojamiento

Que la habitación estaba bien acomodada y el diseño de la habitación.

Que no hubo comunicación y no había agua caliente, y las perillas de algunas puertas estaban rotas y lo reporté, y nunca fueron arregladas y me tuve que duchar con agua fría todos los días que estuve allí.
