Lieux d exception avec une vue imprenable …c était magique Chambre décorée avec gout, spacieuse, très propre avec les équipements nécessaires . Personnels vraiment aux petits soins et la gérante Oria est très agréable et de bons conseils …elle parle également français.

L accès à l hôtel est plus difficile que lorsque qu on est dans le centre de Nusa Lembogan …la route est chaotique mais les taxis ont l habitude et vous y conduisent sans problème

Breakfast was amazing (but not delivered to the room on time) when we arranged in room breakfast. Loved the staff.

Communication was sometimes hit and miss. Phone also didn't connect when we came in the non beach side entrance. Bed wasn't super comfy. Room was loud.

The service is terrible and really impacted negatively on our stay. I wouldn’t normally worry too much about service but the staff were so rude it made it uncomfortable. The food was also really terrible we ended up buying breakfast out instead of taking up the free breakfast.
