Soldano luxury apartment

The apartment was very well equipped and had two very nice bedrooms each with brilliant en-suite facilities. Everything was brand new but details from the past were carefully preserved and added to the atmosphere. The kitchen included everything you need for cooking. The apartment was quiet due to the new triple glazed windows and the aircondition was quietly efficient. The host Gaetano was very helpful and easy to contact and gave us lots of information when we arrived. We would love to come back.

Top location in pedestrian zone, fully equipped, charmingly furnished, very friendly hosts Sofia & Gaetano cared that we felt well. Due to late arrival, they picked us at the airport. All the sightseeing is pretty much in walking distance. Excellent, fully digitized mobile check-in and entry system.

1st floor in nice old building without elevator. Was totally fine with us.

Amazing apartment located in the city center. Bus station is nearby, so it was easy to get to anywhere we wanted including the old town. There are also several markets, one in 2min away. Many cafe and restaurants too, so it was safe at night. Gaetano was so kind helped us carry the luggages, and told us a bit of family history about the place, which made me like it even more. I could tell he put a lot of effort to make the place comfortable. Very clean, spacious, beautiful apartment. Rec this place!!

Perfektní poloha blízko centra v pěkné čtvrti. Snídaně možné v kavárně pod okny. Velmi ochotný majitel. Čistý a stylově zařízený apartmán.

We loved everything about our stay here in Palermo. Great central location- close to all city attractions & bus pick ups for day trips to Mondello. Gaetano was a wonderful, friendly host who gave us many recommendations. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend :)

La casa si trova in un'ottima posizione. È arredata con gusto e dotata di ogni comfort. Molto bene insonorizzata nonostante la posizione molto centrale.

Qualche difficoltà nell'utilizzare il sistema wikey per l'apertura del portone principale esterno

Un soggiorno assolutamente meraviglioso. Il signor Gaetano e la signora Sofia sono davvero adorabili e molto disponibili. La casa si trova nel pieno centro della città, perfetta per visitare qualsiasi luogo e vicinissima a tutte le attrazioni turistiche. Nonostante sia in pieno centro, il silenzio è assoluto e si può riposare senza alcun problema. La casa è dotata di tutti i comfort possibili, non manca nulla.Pulitissima. È elegante, sofisticata, comoda e ricca di dettagli di qualità. Senza dubbio un posto top sotto ogni aspetto. Grazie!

Location couldn't be better in Palermo. The apartment is next to a pedestrian street with one of the best cafes and bakeries in Palermo. The shopping in the area is excellent. More importantly, this section of Palermo is clean and conducive to walking and is close to many of the major sites. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment, and the washer was helpful. There was excellent natural light in this apartment. The furniture was custom made and exquisite (don't recommend young children).

On two days, there was some street construction that prevented taxis from accessing the apartment entrance. However, there is an alley near the back of the building that our favorite taxi driver knew about!

Impecable apartment with very comfortable beds and all required kitchen appliances. The host Gaetano was amazing, was always checking in on us and even gave me present for my birthday!!!!
