Sanso Tanaka

Before arriving, I wasn't sure the room would be as nice as it looked in the photos because it seemed quite small. But the moment we got there, all my doubts disappeared. The warm welcome from the lovely elderly couple made us feel at home right away. The room was spotless, the indoor bath was beautifully maintained, and every breakfast during our three-night stay was different, homemade, and absolutely delicious. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the bus stop, and the breathtaking scenery behind Sanso Tanaka made our morning and evening walks unforgettable. More than anything, it was the genuine kindness and care of the hosts that made this place so special. We left with wonderful memories and would love to come back.

Our Western-style room had two beds, which were a bit firmer than I prefer. As someone with back pain, I found them a little uncomfortable, but this may not be an issue for guests who prefer a firm mattress.

湯布院に滞在するときはここしかない！ 静かでゆっくりできます。由布岳が部屋から眺められ時間を忘れさせてくれます。 温泉も夫婦、カップル、家族で好きな時間に入られるので気兼ねなく過ごせます。 観光地から離れているのですが、散歩がてら街並みを回れるのが好きです。 レンジやお湯も冷水もあるので出来合いものはなんでも食べられます。 洗濯機もあり、連泊なら部屋干しも可能です。

コンビニや観光地までの距離があるので、必要なものは買い物してからお部屋に入るもよし。受付で購入もできるので良くない点は見つかりません。
