Morosoli Spa

Un agréable séjour au Morosil Spa, quartier calme et lieu très interessant.

La decoración sorprendente, clásica y bella. La cama era muy cómoda y se estaba muy fresco con el aire acondicionado. El balcón también era bonito. La verdad, como concepto está muy bien, es privado y romántico. Tuve un problema para entrar ya que las instrucciones no estaban muy claras, o al menos por el idioma hubo una comunicación algo difusa (ya que se comunican todo el rato en italiano, debes usar el traductor), pero la anfitriona respondió rápido y nos ayudó a solventar el problema.

Sólo mejoraría un poco la limpieza ya que al usar el jacuzzi salió un cerco de suciedad. También tuvimos una visita de una cucaracha en el baño, pero entiendo que es algo que puede pasar, ya que Catania en sí es una ciudad algo sucia y dejan la basura en las calles. La cucaracha fue educada, vino a saludar y luego se fue. Eché en falta que se comunicaran conmigo, al menos en inglés para enviarme las comunicaciones, ya que hubiera sido todo mucho más fácil en lugar de tener que usar todo el rato el traductor.

This place is just a 5–6 minute walk from the vibrant heart of Catania, where you can enjoy lively streets at night and explore historical and touristic spots during the day. From the moment we entered the house, we could feel it had a unique and authentic atmosphere — truly one of the most original places we’ve stayed in so far. The two young women hosting the place were very kind and always ready to help. They had thoughtfully taken care of many little details to ensure our comfort. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!

One of the hosts almost do not speak English at all, and the other had a very basic command of the language. This made communication a bit difficult at times, though considering we are living in the age that there simultaneous translation apps, it is not a big deal to handle. I also had some trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but a few aspects could be improved.

Mi è piaciuta molto la cordialità e la disponibilità dello staff, in più molto simpatici e carini, si sono subito prodigati per renderci un ottimo soggiorno... La posizione è ottima, a 70 metri circa dalla villa Bellini e a due passi da qualsivoglia svago o struttura per le eventuali necessità

C'è stato un piccolo imprevisto causato dai vecchi clienti che ha inficiato la tranquillità ed il relax della prima serata... Ma lo staff è stato subito pronto a risolvere la situazione ed un plauso anche all'impegno messo nonostante avessero già altro da fare
