Tolles Hotel in super Lage mit sehr freundlichem Personal.

Our stay was ruined by room infested with cockroaches, in which we reported to the front desk with no effective action taken, forcing us to endure a night in unsanitary conditions. Post-stay, me and my family developed severe itching, leading to a scabies diagnosis likely linked to the hotel’s bedding. The treatment, lasting two weeks, was both uncomfortable and costly, impacting our daily life and work. When we contacted the hotel about our ordeal, they were unsympathetic, refusing to take responsibility or offer compensation, which added to our frustration and sense of neglect. Given the health risks and poor management response, I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel to protect their health and well-being.

The hotel has great service location, breakfast, good value

When u are on biz trip , you need two things, internet and invoice. Both were extremely badly handeled by night clerk who constantly complianed about the system. Took 40 min to check in and get internet and after 1 week they are unable to get me an invoice. Next time i must let booking hamdle payment. I complained to Booking customer service, and also no response, !

I simply waited 40 minutes at checkout for getting an invoice. Ultimately they could not issue an invoice although money was taken first day. It is frustrating, only Turkish speaking receptionist. Hope management will send me an invoice by email

Breakfast and location were very good. Cheap and cheerful hotel in city.

Too many broken things in the room. Extra bed wasn't ready. After 3 room changes we had a room that was good enough but still a bit tired.

The suite was very comfortable, the bed was comfortable, cold water in the fridge. Nice view of the squares and the sea. The internet was very satisfactory, the hallways were quiet at night. The reception was very welcoming upon arrival. The city is huge but the location of the hotel was very close to the events we were visiting for business. The restaurants nearby were also excellent.

The staff doesn't speak English very well, but they are very kind. But overall, we are very satisfied.

Breakfast was very ordinary. It was in a good neighborhood.

The bathroom was not clean because water pooled on the floor, and you had to hold the shower in your hand while taking a shower because there was no shower holder. The blanket probably wasn't clean because it looked like lice had bitten parts of my neck, causing it to swell and turn red along with severe itching.
