Местоположение

Я бронировал номер с оплатой при заселении на двух взрослых человек. В итоге, сначала накануне заселения начались попытки списать полную сумму проживания с моей карты (хотя повторюсь, при выборе опций бронирования я выбирал оплату на месте). А когда мы приехали уставшие после долгого перелета вечером, на ресепшен начали говорить, что у меня бронь всего на одного человека, а за второго нужно доплатить 50$ за 2 ночи. Я показал свое бронирование в букинге на двух взрослых, но администрации отеля было все равно, они настаивали на доплате (хотя это нигде не было указано в букинге). Абсолютно неприемлемое отношение к туристам. Душ в номере был сломан и протекал, место протечки было очень некачественно исправлено чем-то типа скотча. После посещения этого места остались очень плохие впечатления. Крайне не рекомендую посещение данного отеля, если вы не хотите быть обмануты и стать жертвой дополнительных платежей, о которых никто не предупреждал. P.s. если требование о доплате не официальная позиция отеля, а только деятельность недобросовестного персонала, буду рад возмещению дополнительных расходов
