House was very clean organized and the room was spacious, comfy bed, well decorated.

A night in Villa Tarsia gave me more insight into the italian manerism /worldview than travelling 5 days all around Italy from Lake Como to Sicily. Bruno is a host that gives too much effort in treating a guest. Easy parking. Supermarket 100m.

Bruno was very nice with me and my family, we were starving. He went buy a lot of stuf for us. Highly recommend

Bruno was very nice, welcoming and available.

The host was very friendly and tried to solve all the problems

1. the room was not ready when we arrived (we arrived at 6 pm and the host knew it in advance) 2. the apartment didn't fit the description (1 small room instead of promised 85 m2, other two rooms were locked) 3. no kitchen - only small fridge and coffee machine. Only the kitchen in the host room. 4. no washing machine in the apartment (you have to ask the host to wash your clothes) 5. everything was very old inside. The towels were worn out so much, they were more like floor rags. The location was also not very good - no restaurants nearby. We booked the apartment for 6 days, but after the first night we understood that we couldn't live there and moved to a better apartment. However the host charged us for two nights.

booked the same day, was very cheap and pretty close to Rome airport. the owner really trying to give a pleasant stay, offering fresh breakfast and coffee and other complementary drinks and treats

little noisy at night. wasn't very clean, changed sheets only while arriving. could be not very welcoming for a solo female traveler.

Bruno is a wonderful person, generous, tolerant and cares about the little details that help you feel comfortable.

Bruno really went out of his way to make sure I was looked after, even though my arrival was not early.
