Villa Tarsia

I’ve rented a car so it was very convenient for me. Host is very friendly!

Owners are kind, offering you simple sweet breakfast in the morning.

Very far located from Rome airport. Uber one way would cost 37 euro (owner kindly met us and dropped in the morning taking 50 euro for it). Facilities were of average quality, house is old and not much renovated.

Our flight was delayed and we had difficulties with calling taxi, so Bruno (owner of the place Villa Tarsia) helped ys very much! He was so kind he came to pick us up from the airport smiling and singing! Amazing person! We were very hungry so he cooked for us an amazing pasta and it was!!!!! After midnight!!! We had some cold white wine and water also! The place was very comfortable and clean! And breakfast was included! Coffe, bisquits, hudge slices of melon and watermelon, croissants, butter, milk! Bruno specially went to the shop to buy uce-cream, bananas and milk to make milkshakes for our kids! We enjoyed staying there really very much! It,s the place with real italian soul and hospitality! Everything

A lot of work was put into the property to make it look elegant. The yard had a lot of very nice furniture, plants and quiet seating areas. The indoor/outdoor living areas of the property were very clean and Tidy! The room was as advertised with a very comfortable high double bed and Tv! The en-suite had everything I needed with a new shower and basin including toiletries. The room also came with a safe for my valuables.

The owner of the property provided extra services: transport to the airport. Was very hepfull.

Mr.Bruno was an exceptional host and was really cooperative. He did his best to make us feel comfortable. He was very supportive and was always ready to cater to our needs as needed. The villa is really beautiful and aesthetic :)

Bruno is so easy going and hospitable. There is a Fruit and Vegetable shop, a bread shop and a butcher around one corner and in the other direction a small supermarket, so you can eat well on a budget. Bruno invites us to use the kitchen at our leisure. The public transit is great. You can hop on the 04 or 068 bus to take you to Acilia train station to go towards Rome (45 minutes to the Colosseum)or towards the beach! From Acilia station, get off the bus after the Dragona sign so you don't have a long walk to the Villa. I highly recommend getting a public transport pass for your stay to make getting around easy.

Through no fault of Bruno's, Rome is not the cleanest city. This continues out into the Suburbs. Italians litter more than Canadians.
