Lucia Maison

This property is amazing… the location, the cleanliness, but mainly our lovely host, Maurizio. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, giving us recommendations and leaving us treats every day. The bus stop is right out front and Poseidon is just down the street. Would love to stay again!!

Well, the accommodation was great, location, equipment and attitude of the owner...is TOP... The area is beautiful, close to the beach, the center... The owner Maurício will fulfill your every wish and help you with everything. Thank you for owners like him....:-) It was great holiday here.

A beautiful apartment in a beautiful location! Our host went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay. He was extremely friendly and attentive, welcoming us with little treats and even dropping off breakfast croissants. We were even permitted to leave our luggage for a few hours so we could enjoy Ischia after check-out. The location of the apartment was ideal - just a few minutes walk to a beautiful beach and to the Poseidon resort. If we are ever lucky enough to be in Ischia again, we would definitely stay at Lucia Maison again!

A perfectly situated house with beautiful sea views, very close to public beaches, restaurants and Poseidon baths (which you can reach on foot in 5 mins). The host couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit the Island.

This place was amazing. The accommodation was within walking distance to poseidon and the beach. But more importantly, the host is the best host we've had in all our travels. To those after me, book this place when you have the chance!

Slightly noisy in the night as it is right beside the road.

The accommodation exceeded all expectations, and the host's hospitality was exceptional. Also the beach was in a walking distance and the island left us speachless. Definitely we will come back there in the future.

Very nice location and service

Maurizio (the host) is super friendly, very responsive and just a nice guy. Whenever we needed something he was there within 10min to help. He is a person that knows how to care for his guests. The apartment was sparklingly clean, in a good location and very cosy.

Maurizio, the owner, was really helpful and friendly. The apartment has a lovely outdoor space with two sitting areas, one was a terrace from where you could see the sea.  We chose the house because it’s a 10 minute walk from Poseidon garden which was absolutely brilliant.  we walked into Forio for a meal one night which took around 35 minutes. There is a supermarket about five minutes away and lots of other bars and restaurants which are very close by. They were lovely too.
