Lucia Maison

We have stayed in many places, but we have never met anyone like the host of Lucia Maison. He was an exceptional person — I believe words are not enough to describe him- you simply have to go and experience it yourself. The house’s condition, location, and cleanliness were all perfect. We will definitely return to Ischia and to Lucia Maison again. The six days we spent there felt like a fairytale. Thanks a ton, Maurizio. We love you very much. HUGS ❤️ Regards, Ramazanov's family

Everything was perfect. The small apartment, the arranged parking, the fresh fruits and water available on check in as well as delicious sfogliatelle availbale for us. Maurizio is an excellent host and he makes sure you are well looked after. 100% recommended and we will definitely be back on our next trip to Ischia. He also arranged (having found out about my partner's birthday) a small caprese cake with a candle to suprise her. Thank you so much Maurizio

Everything was amazing

Great location. Every apartment has his own small terror like a garden. Clean and cozy. The host was polite and helpful

We had an absolutely amazing time at Lucia Maison with our 5 year old twins. It's a beautiful (extremely clean!) flat with two gorgeous terraces with sea-views and comfy bedds. Maurizio was an extremely kind and warm host, he answered all our little questions about how to get places and brought us delicious pastries. We felt very welcome and at home, and hope to be able to come back again next year. It's a short walk down to the beach, and easy to catch buses to other destinations on the island. Everything was perfect! thank you.

Great location, Maurizio was the most wonderful host. He brought us fresh local pastries every morning, made us feel welcome. He advised and helped us to arrange everything, his kind attitude made our holiday very enjoyable. The accommodation was very pleasant, perfect for a quiet holiday.

The small but well appointed and clean apartment was perfect in every way.

I liked everything. Maybe the only suggestion is to provide a roll of paper towels in the kitchen area.

We stayed here for 4 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. We have been lucky to have many great hosts around the world over the years and can attest that Maurizio's hospitality really goes above and beyond. We were welcomed with many local treats (both savoury and sweet), a bottle of wine and a small toy for our 3 year old. Every morning, Maurizio stopped by to drop off fresh pastries and play football with our son. One morning, he also brought his son along so our boys could play together. On our last morning, he gave our son a good luck charm as a parting gift. This is a man who loves to host and really cares about his guests' experience. The room was cute, clean, cozy and comfortable. We also had access to a shared washing machine and clothing rack, which I don't remember seeing advertised in the listing for our unit and was very helpful as we are traveling for a long time. The location is great. Walking distance from many restaurant options, a small market, and one of Ischia's best beaches offering a gorgeous sunset. The #2 bus stops right in front and the #1 is just a 5min walk up the hill so we were easily connected to other sites on the island as well as both ports, even without a vehicle (but Maurizio will also help you out with scooter rentals if you'd like). I'll be recommending Lucia Maison to anyone going to Ischia and hope we can visit again one day. Grazie mille, Maurizio!

Maurizio is so nice and hospitable. The location is also great, near beach and poseidon park. We really enjoy our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Lucia Maison. Maurizio made us feel so welcome, and his warmth and generosity really made the experience feel very special. He helped us with travel arrangements, brought fresh pastries every morning and took great care to make sure we had everything we needed. We were so touched by his kindness. Both apartments we stayed in were great - they were spacious and very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed having the terrace with a sea view, and the fact we could walk to Citara beach so easily. The bus stop immediately outside the apartment made it easy to travel into Forio town and to other parts of the island. We highly recommend staying there. Our stay was just before Easter, and a few things had not yet opened for the high season, such as the thermal spring resorts and the water taxis, but most shops, restaurants and attractions were open and we loved that the beaches were very quiet at this time of year. Ischia is a very beautiful island with so much to see and do - we particularly enjoyed Sorgeto Bay, San Montano beach and the Aragonese Castle. The food is incredible, and the Ischian people are so welcoming and friendly. We hope to return to Ischia and to stay at Lucia Maison again.

Maurizio is a wonderful host. He was always on hand if we needed any help, even picked up some essentials from the supermarket as we'd arrived late Bought fresh pastries for us every morning, and always greeted us with a smile. Location is perfect for Thermal park, & Cetara beach, bus stop outside gate with good service. Maurizio text us the bus timetable, and explained on a free map, where everything was.
