It was smaller than expected. The pictures didn’t really show the actual size or that it is semi-attached to another apartment. I think it may be good to mention that in the property description. It did not really bother us as we were out most of the time.

Tutto Perfetto.... posizione straordinaria vicino alle spiaggie e luoghi di ritrovo , fermata del bus di fronte al cancello di ingresso che garantisce spostamenti senza alcuno stress...,appartamento super confortevole ,pulitissimo immerso in un atmosfera altamente rilassante .ma il fiore all occhiello di questo BnB è sicuramente il titolare..Maurizio ,persona gentilissima ,genuina e che sa metterti a tuo agio ...sempre pronto ad aiutarti per qlsiasi cosa... Appena potrò ci ritornerò sicuramente Grazie di tutto Mauri'✌🏼

The host was the most amazing host we have encountered in 20 years. Top notch! The location is fantastic. Normally we stay on the eastern side of Ischia, so happy we changed it up. We really did enjoy our time. You are close to what you need and honestly if you're jumping around for 3 or 4 days this is a great base camp! I can't stop raving about how great Maurizio is, not only is he the most tall and striking man I have ever encountered, when he speaks with you (and vice versa) you feel 100% engaged, he is a master of intense eye contact, but not uncomfortable, very engaging! If I had to pick one person in my life that I was not expecting to be awesome and is above and beyond amazing, it is and always will be Maurizio. From Cornetti in the morning to wine at night, all aspects of the stay are covered by him. I would recommend to any one who wants a great host experience to come here and just relax - let Lucia Maison wash your worries away!

DISCLAIMER: THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH HOST - JUST THE GUESTS NEXT DOOR. The next door neighbors kept peeking around the corner to see us, it was super weird. I think because the patio is some what split (there's a flower pot divider) and we had the ocean view they had the laundry machine view, we kept watching our neighbors jump on our side. It is odd especially when you think your space is private - but hey, they looked and I showed them my full glory- I bet they didn't know a man could have that much body hair. Aside from that it was great. Our unit did not have laundry but the unit next door did, so it was a tradeoff! The AC is strong and powerful, Only one unit in the main bedroom, you will have open all the doors, but it cools quick. What we didn't like was not being able to shut the doors at night to the bunk bed room due to the AIRCON not being able to properly enter the room if the door is closed . But seriously, it's Ischia and it's gorgeous. Honestly, this isn't a dislike, it's more of a "new normal" or "get used to doing it that way!"

The hospitality was amazing. We met the host on arrival and were welcomed with fresh pastries, fruit and bottled water. Even more fresh pastries were left at our door each morning which was so unexpected (and very nice). The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed: a moka pot, plenty of pans and pots, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil and lots of little snacks/breakfast items- jams, chocolate spreads, cakes, fette biscottate and even crisps. There was a parasol for the beach, towels, soap and other essentials. The balcony was perfect and there was a beautiful view from it which made it a highlight of the trip. The location is perfect, so beautiful, not insanely busy and doesn’t feel overwhelmed with tourists- it felt very authentic and laid back. The beach is about a 2 minute walk away. There’s a bus stop right outside which takes you to the port in 30mins (the port is very beautiful and has lots of amazing restaurants) and a bigger bus station about a 10minute walk away, right next to the Poseidon thermal gardens. There are also some nice restaurants and a mini market 2 minutes away on foot. I had a great few days here and wish I stayed longer, I will definitely be returning.

The property is spacious and well positioned in Forio with a view of the sea and mountains. The bus stop is right in front of the house and it is very easy to get around the island (10 mins to the port of Forio, 45 mins to port of Ischia). Our apartment had 3 terraces. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well-equipped (with water, wine and fresh fruit on arrival). Maurizio is great guy. I definitely recommend Lucia Maison.

The property is beautifully positioned in Forio with a view of the sea and mountains. We were able to walk to the Poseidon thermal bath and beach-fon’t miss this experience when you visit!! The bus stops right outside the building so it is easy to get around the island. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well-equipped and the airco worked well. Maurizio, the host, was so friendly, gracious and welcoming, ensuring we had a great stay. This property is a slice of heaven in a Mediterranean paradise!! Grazie mille Maurizio!
