Close to beach, cosy and quiet

Bathroom not cleaned properly, stains on bed linen, towels old and stained. Garden not cut back

Mooie locatie, midden in de drukte, maar toch rustig. 3 minuten lopen van Icon Bali en prima ontbijt- en lunchzaak op de hoek (over the moon café). Zag er allemaal mooi en schoon uit.

Misschien voor iemand anders lekker, maar wij hadden gehoopt iets meer zon op de binnenplaats te hebben in combinatie met het zwembad. Dat is puur persoonlijk en niets negatiefs. Wel had het fijn geweest als er comfortabele ligstoelen hadden gestaan of desnoods een beanbag. De stoelen waren niet echt comfortabel om echt lekker in te kunnen lezen.

Proche de ma plage, des restaurants, au calme.

We loved having the plunge pool to jump into right outside our rooms. Location was very convenient for access to the beach, the night markets, Bali Icon and a variety of eating and shopping options. Filtered water was supplied - no need to buy bottled water, cleaning daily (which we hadn't expected), and prompt reply to any queries.

We asked for a second set of keys but they weren't available. This was a little concerning as the bedrooms only lock by using the key, so once our teenager locked her door at night we had no way of getting into the room if we needed to. Be aware that this would not be suitable if you had younger children with you using the second bedroom.

Great little villa. Clean, filtered water, good fridge, great rooms and nice cool pool.

Nothing

Stayed in three accommodations in Bali, Janis Place cottage, and Villa Katoni and decided this one was the best. We do not fly well, so we were very tired by the time we checked in. Just three blocks down a small private road from the bustle and hustle of a main road of shops, this villa was very quiet, only birds could be heard when you wake up. Convenient, 30 sec walk from a beautiful and clean cafe called "over the moon" that does a great brekkie. A two minute walk from the Iconic shopping centre to get your shopping fix, ATMs, restaurants and a supermarket (fairly expensive shopping centre for bali, but has all you need). Taxi service spot bluebird who are very professional/honest/cheap and can get you where you need. Place felt safe, police presence helped. It's a good spot and a good night sleep. Villa also had a nice little eating area and a decent size fridge for those who like to snack and don't want to go out for every meal.

It's a little tricky to find using a Google map screenshot. We had to buy a sim to use live google Maps to find as the smaller roads are not obvious and there are no street name signs. Just walk down the small road/drive way next to over the moon, and you will eventually find a sign on a wall.

Quick and easy to get to the beach through the Icon Mall. The cleaner is friendly and kind. Lovely clean pool.

Safe box isn't fastened/bolted to anything... so we could not use it for its intended purpose. Only one key given for front entry into villa. Not greeted by anyone on arrival and no greeting/information book at villa, which would have been nice to receive some helpful tips or recommendations (esp laundromat to use)

Loved the location, short walk to Icon and the beach and the villa was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here it's very pretty and quiet at night time
