Shanta Villa

This place is modern, clean, lovely decor, 2 airconditioned bedrooms with their own bathrooms, tastefully decorated and a fabulous little pool to cool down in throughout the day. Beds are firm but comfortable. Outdoor kitchen area with ceiling fan. Hot & cold water dispenser. The proprietors are very accommodating via Whatsapp.

No eating knives, only spoons and forks. No direct route to beach, You have to walk around around the block 12 to 15mins along busy road breathing in petrol fumes and dodging vehicles when you have to leave the footpath due to construction. Construction also going on next door, constant hammering - looks like a 2 story building at least, so the apartment may not be private for long. While swimming in the pool we would look up and see construction workers on the second floor of the building next door. Not ideal regarding privacy.

Private location, great soundproofing. There was construction happening next door but we didn’t hear a thing once we were in the room. The property is new and very comfortable. Kitchen has all the conveniences - microwave, toaster etc. Lovely plunge pool for a cool off on a hot day. Short walk to the beach and just behind Over The Moon cafe (great coffee!).

The outside lighting is very bright. We turned it off one night and received messages and a phone call from the property manager at 11:30pm asking us to turn them back on.

Villa is beautiful, brand new and spacious. Pool fantastic- kitchen user friendly and bedrooms serene and beautiful. Shower huge and tastefully decorated.

No problems at all - was a fantastic relaxing visit.
