La qualité du dîner

L’emplacement. Le quartier est assez délabré en comparaison aux autres quartiers de Marrakech. Les prestations sont moyennes, le dernier étage pas entretenu et donc pas exploitable. Au regard du prix les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur.

"Our stay was delightful and authentic!"

The breakfast and food we had were delicious. Youssra our housekeeper was very helpful as was Michael who was at the other end of Whatapp whenever we needed assistance. Skip Tours (recommended by Michael) provided us with a driver Abdel who became our favourite person. He was great and always willing to accommodate us.

The sewage smell in my bathroom was a persistent issue during my stay. It was annoying as no one wants to smell sewage. However, because I never actually saw it and our host was apologetic about it it never became a real issue.

"Traumhaftes Riad - wie im Märchen!"

Liebe zum Detail in der Ausstattung und Dekoration - Gefühl der 1001-Nacht. Wir wurden von Yousra zum Frühstück reichlich (und mit unseren „Sonderwünschen“ vegan) reichlich und supergut verwöhnt.

Leider war im oberen Pool kein Wasser.

Le riad était à la hauteur de nos attentes. La décoration est faite avec beaucoup de goût et tout le confort est au rendez-vous pour passer un excellent séjour. Un grand merci à Youssra pour son accueil chaleureux et sa gentillesse tout au long du séjour. Toujours à l’écoute, elle nous a préparé de délicieux petits déjeuners !

Excellent séjour en famille dans ce Riad, très élégant, bien décoré et équipé. La literie était très confortable. Les chambres et SdB ont été refaites tous les jours : le service quasi hôtelier est très appréciable. Le personnel de la maison est très attentionné. Les petits déjeuners de Yousra étaient délicieux. L'Hôte est réactif et à l'écoute. Bref, une expérience réussie. Nous recommandons.

La ruelle qui passe devant le Riad est passagère de... scooters : cela s'entend au RdC. C'est le seul bémol.

"Exceptional"

The breakfast is superb. We had a private butler - Yousra. An extremely nice woman. Every morning she prepared and served us an amazing breakfast with local specialties like shamshouka and others. We felt like home. The Riad is in the heart of Marrakech and within walking distance of all the attractions. The owner Michael is very kind and can fulfill any wish. Thank you Michael and Yousra.
