I liked the quiet and tranquility of the location. Safe and secure.

The facility experiences occasional delays in opening its gates. Such delays could potentially expose one to the risk of attacks, especially during late hours.

Amazing, we have never given a 10 rating before, but this property ticked all the boxes

No bacon and sausages apart from those horrible tinned frankfurters but we supplied bacon and sausages and the cook cooked them with a smile

Sebastian war ein sehr herzlicher Gastgeber, immer zuvorkommend, behilflich und geduldig (unseren Fahrern den Weg zu beschreiben). Außerdem mochten wir seinen Humor!:) Die Mahlzeiten konnten wir im Garten einnehmen, es gab abends Lagerfeuer und ein großzügiges Zimmer in ruhiger Lage.

Wir waren abhängig von Fahrern, um die Gegend zu erkunden, aber das war uns auch schon vorher bewusst.

Lovely property, nice room, comfortable bed. Sebastian provided extraordinary service. The whole experience was good value.

18 minutes to town by Bolt, 15 minutes for car 10 minutes for tuktuk to arrive. If you're chilling after a safari like we were, it's fine. No restaurants nearby-dinner is order out.

The property was lovely, and incredibly peaceful. Our room was gigantic! I believe we booked the large suite. It was a wonderful value for the size and comfort. The shower was hot with great water pressure, and we were served a lovely breakfast in the morning in the garden. It was fun watching all of the birds on the property, and the staff was very pleasant. We booked a transfer from the airport, and they were right there when we got off the plane to greet us and take us straight to the villa. It’s a terrific and affordable option for a quieter stay in Arusha.

We had booked one single and one double room, both with garden views, but unfortunately the single room we received did not have a garden view. Additionally, our luggage was placed in the wrong rooms, and it took quite a while to sort it out. Breakfast was good, but for lunch and dinner the property arranged food from a nearby Indian restaurant. The quality was disappointing, and the wait time was around 1.5–2 hours, which was quite inconvenient. On the positive side, the villa’s location is remote yet beautifully scenic, and Sebastian was kind and helpful throughout our stay.

The facilities offered were not worth the price.
