Unfortunately, our stay was severely compromised due to grave sanitation issues that fell far below any reasonable hospitality standard, directly impacting our health and causing significant distress. During the night, starting from the middle of the night, I felt something crawling on me and discovered numerous ants—both black and red—crawling over the bed, mattress, and pillows. Some of these ants bit me. We found ants all over the mattress, beneath it, and surrounding the bed. My husband had to remain awake all night attempting to remove the ants and ensure none reached me, as sleeping was impossible. No staff were available on-site during the night to address the matter. In the morning, I spoke to a young maintenance staff member, explained the severity of the issue, and showed him photos and videos documenting the infestation. His response—that “the ants are due to the weather”—was unacceptable and irrelevant. It is the property’s responsibility to ensure rooms are properly maintained, cleaned, and pest-free—standards which were clearly not met. I requested that the matter be conveyed to the villa’s ownership and that I receive a proper response or adequate compensation. Before departure, I was told “the owner has nothing to add,” a statement that is both unacceptable and disrespectful towards guests. Given the severe sanitation issues, lack of sleep, insect bites, and significant distress caused, I hereby demand: 1. A full refund for the night in question. 2. A formal response from Amala Villas management and Booking.com addressing how this incident was...

Sehr gute Ausstattung, aber Schreibtisch fehlt

We found the place exactly as the photos, specious rooms with comfortable beds. Run by the owner with fresh breakfast and on demand freshly cooked food. The garden and the weather were amazing.

The location was a bit far from the vibrant locations, need mean of transportation.

Staff and service

El tamaño de la habitación y de las instalaciones son muy grandes y cómodas , la decoración y los detalles muy lindos! el baño contaba con jacuzzi! con lo cual después de las excursiones es un lujo impagable! pero por sobre todo quiero destacar la atención de Thomas y Agnes la cocinera que fue excepcional! como salíamos muy temprano para las excursiones nos prepararon con muy buena predisposición unas cajas con los desayunos! nos ayudaron para todo lo que necesitáramos y siempre con una sonrisa! Si bien esta alejado del centro , son solo 10 minutos pero la zona lo vale mucho, en medio de plantaciones y zonas residenciales! volvería sin dudarlo!

Konumu gezebilecek yerlere uzak. Hava karardıktan sonra buraya taksi yada motorsiklet ile gelmek zor. Çünkü yollar çok bozuk ve adres tam olarak tarif edilmiyor. Bir yere kadar taksi geliyor ondan sonrasını siz harita ile göstermeniz lazım.
