Huge beds with comfy pillows and duvet, really quirky decor and makes a very unique stay. Helpful staff who let us leave our bags after check out.

Although overall clean, there was a damp and Smokey smell.

We loved the quirkiness of Haven Chalet. It is very unique, fun and funky.

As guests we could have been better. We were terrible and mistakenly left without paying - we felt so bad. We have since returned to our home country and have sent money. We are so sorry Lakshitha.

The room is cozy with large, comfortable beds, and the decorations are truly beautiful.

The chalet's location near a small road caused too much noise. When we arrived, we couldn't reach the owner, but other guests helped us get in. The bathroom was small and had a pile of hair, indicating it might not have been cleaned thoroughly. The microwave was dirty from its last use, making it unusable. Also, the attic door wasn't sealed properly. While the chalet itself was lovely, these issues need attention to make it better.
