I had a really wonderful stay at this hotel and felt completely comfortable from the moment I arrived. The location is perfect – very convenient and ideal for exploring the area. The accommodation itself was great: clean, cozy, and exactly what I needed. What truly made my stay special, though, was the incredibly kind and welcoming staff. Everyone was friendly, but I especially want to highlight Makiko. She was absolutely amazing – so warm, helpful, and genuinely caring. She assisted me with everything, including sending my luggage, and made the whole process so easy and stress-free. She is such a lovely person, and her kindness really stood out to me. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!
