HACHIKAN Inn

Place was in a quiet part of Kyoto central. You can get to most attractions with a bus ride.

Because the location is a little tucked away you'll need to walk a bit to get to any convenience stores, or shop/restaurants to hang out.

Bei Problemen wurde alles direkt geregelt!

The staff were very friendly, good English. Always willing to help and answer and question they could.

No laundry facilities at the hotel but there was a laundromat close by.

スタッフの方の対応は丁寧で、ホテル内も静かで夜はゆっくり眠ることができました。 ロケーションもよかったです。

室内のテーブルの上など、ほこりが目立つところがあったのが気になりました。 風呂場のシャワーカーテンもあまり清潔ではないように感じました。

Das Setting passte für mich. Kein Frühstück und heißes Wasser und Kaffee auf dem Zimmer. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war für mich sehr passend.

Was Komfort angeht, so war mein Koffer zu groß und die Ablageflächen zu klein. Aber das ist relativ, wenn man Europa gewöhnt ist. Deshalb ist es nicht wirklich etwas, was mir nicht gefallen könnte.

This is a lovely little hotel - clean, quite and with good sized rooms. It is in a handy spot too. The staff were always helpful, especially Mizuno who went above and beyond, allowing me to change my booking when I realised I'd booked the wrong month! He also organised for my luggage to be transferred to Tokyo.
