Gardens are nice. Location is great.

They need to put screen doors So u can open the door and mosquito don't come in. It's impossible to sit outside on the balcony area as the place is infested like crazy with mosquitos all the time. The bathroom, has gaps at the ceiling to the open air, it makes no sense, they should close that in as the bathroom is permanently full of mosquitoes that bite u I'm shower or toilet, there is no point having the open gaps at the roof. The kitchen also is outside, again big mosquito problem. The pool is nice after it was fixed, but they need to make a path around it so u can get in and out it's not finished properly the design

Il personale è stato incredibilmente attento, gentilissimo e dolcissimo — davvero una coccola! Il contesto è meraviglioso: immersi nel verde di un giardino rigoglioso, circondati da fiori e uccelli, ci si sente come nella giungla. La piscina è rilassante e tutto l’ambiente trasmette una piacevole sensazione di tranquillità e silenzio. Un angolo di paradiso perfetto per staccare la spina e a due passi dalla spiaggia.

Il bagno avrebbe bisogno di qualche piccolo intervento di manutenzione: il WC andrebbe fissato meglio e ci sono alcune crepe da umidità nell’intonaco.

The bathroom and a lot of mosquito

quiet, cozy ,intimate villa amongst a lush rain forest environment. what else can you ask for?

the only draw back was they have holes in the walls in the bathroom, obviously for ventilation purposes. Too bad the developer didnt think of using regular bug screens instead, as the holes let in lots of mosquitos and the odd centipide. thankfully there is a connection door to the bedroom, but its still an irritance getting bitten by the mosquitos.

Amazing staff, good location, the room is spacious.

I expressed my dissatiafaction with my stay which lasted few hours. Extreme noise from the construction side next door, dirt in the room, mosquitos everywhere ( to the point that I had quite few bites after couple of hours in the room), 30cm lizard behind the pipe ( I know its asia, and I am not afraid, it is just info that the room and toilet has not been serviced properly. In summary, I did asked for refund ( I paid in advance for a week ) but neither booking.com neither owners ( manager) has never replied to me. Poor customer service considering I have been using booking for flights, stays etc. which means a lot of money has been spent. Nothing else to add.
