Bamboo Pool and Lodge

Really liked the pool, big and nice temperature. The lock on the door didn’t work and the shower was cold. These were both fixed quickly after we reported them Towels provided for the pool

We didn’t enjoy our stay here. The rooms smelt really musty and our clothes smelt. the rooms needed to be cleaned better, they were dusty and not clean under the beds or wardrobe. The location is not the best, not really near anywhere, on quite a busy road. You had to get a taxi everywhere. The kitchen was out of action. So unable to cook food. We read reviews saying they used the kitchen and saw in the welcome guide you could use the shared kitchen but it wasn’t working. Only the microwave. So made it difficult to feed the children If using a credit card you need to pay an extra 5% It just felt a bit odd the place, they are building more huts, and maybe when they are fully operational it would feel better.

Het zwembad en de bijbehorende faciliteiten waren fantastisch. De eigenaren Stephan en Julie zijn heel aardig en behulpzaam.

Weinig restaurants op loopafstand, 20 minuten lopen naar de dichtsbijzijnde supermarkt.

Accueil exceptionnel des hôtes Julie et Stefan. Propreté irréprochable et belle situation, dans un cadre à la fois authentique et proche de la ville de Bocas. Chambre équipée et très confortable, superbe espace piscine/détente. Nombreux conseils avisés sur les visites et activités de la région. À recommander les yeux fermés !

Rien à redire, sinon un séjour trop court.

Super adresse, bungalow très bien équipé, Très belle piscine dans un cadre bucolique, emplacement top, et un accueil formidable de Stephan et Julie qui sont charmants et de très bon conseil, Je recommande vivement !

Everything about Bamboo Lodge was superb. Our room was spacious, new and furnished to a high standard, with a hot shower, air con and a big comfy bed. The pool is excellent and the poolside area is a lovely place to relax with a drink. Stefan and Julie were incredibly accomodating hosts, super friendly and with good recommendations for the area. The location is a bit outside town (it's easy enough to walk and taxis aren't expensive) and this makes it very peaceful. But there are good places to eat and drink nearby - the Sicilian restaurant a few doors down is great and the Pipa beach bar round the corner is also very nice.

Nothing. If you are desperate to be within walking distance of the bars etc in the town then there are more suitable options, but otherwise it's perfect.

Really beautiful place. Incredible, close to the nature, great staff. They were so friendly, and really helpful. I recommend this place. Definately going back. Far from the noisy downtown, but you can use taxi, or bicycle to get to Bocas town.

Thé pool area was fantastic,very well equipped kitchen .the hosts were helpful and responsive to any questions (and they were lovely)our cabin had everything we needed (even a kettle for us tea drinkers +a variety of teabags

Loved everything but as people have said it is a little out of town $2 per person cab ride but there place is close to a crossroads and there were numerous cabs going by
