We had a wonderful stay at Riad Tawkane. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious . The riad has a warm and relaxing atmosphere, making it the perfect place to stay in Marrakech. Thank you for your hospitality😊

De host was super vriendelijk en zorgde ervoor dat we bv het ontbijt een half uurtje vroeger kregen. Het bed was heel goed en de lakens enorm zacht.

De kamer is vrij klein en je hebt weinig ruimte voor je bagage

Il Riad è in una posizione comodissima. Bello, pulito e con un’ottima colazione. Il proprietario è simpaticissimo e gentile, parla molto bene inglese e ci ha dato diversi consigli per muoverci nella Medina.

Everything 🥰 Ayoub,Aisha and the rest of the staff are all good,caring and loving people. They took care of me and my daughter and made us feel safe and comfortable. The assisted us from the time we check in up to when we check out. They arranged our transportation to and from the airport. ❤️❤️❤️

La colazione era preparata fresca ogni mattina ed è stata uno degli aspetti migliori del soggiorno. Un ringraziamento particolare alle due signore addette, sempre molto gentili, disponibili e attente alle esigenze degli ospiti. Buono anche il sistema di aria condizionata, che ha funzionato efficacemente durante tutta la permanenza. L'acqua calda era sempre disponibile.

La camera assegnata, situata al piano terra, era piuttosto piccola e poco confortevole. Mancavano grucce per appendere gli abiti e una sedia o un appoggio per sistemare i propri effetti personali. Il tappeto risultava molto sporco e il piumino sul letto era eccessivamente pesante e non adatto alle temperature del periodo. Anche la biancheria da bagno appariva piuttosto usurata. Il bagno necessiterebbe di una migliore manutenzione: i rubinetti sono vecchi e rendono difficile regolare correttamente la temperatura dell'acqua. L'aspetto più negativo del soggiorno è stata però la presenza di blatte in camera, un problema che dovrebbe essere affrontato con urgenza. Nel complesso, la cordialità del personale e la buona colazione non sono riuscite a compensare alcune carenze importanti in termini di pulizia, manutenzione e comfort della camera
