A beautifully appointed space. Very comfortable bed and super clean kitchen and bathroom. Guests comfort and convenience had very clearly been considered. Delicious sourdough bread and smoked bacon provided for breakfast. Friendly and helpful hosts..

We had a great stay

The kitchen was very well equipped and there was plenty of room with a separate bedroom and living area.

Everything we required for breakfast was there. Accommodation was very comfortable.

Beatifully restored old cottage on working farm. Very quiet and peaceful, but also handy to neighbouring villages and facilities. Nicely furnished and decorated, exactly like the photos. Great breakfeast fixings, fresh bread, bacon and eggs. Although due to other social commitments (we were there for a wedding) we only managed toast each morning. But joy of joys, there was real coffee and a plunger! The cottage was well equipped for cool weather with a wood stove, electric radiator and electric blanket, however it was quite warm while we were there and a fan in the bedroom would have been very welcome.

The cottage could have done with a spring clean. It was superficially clean, but quite cobwebby. One of the bedside lamps was covered in fine webs and the bedside tables also had to be de-webbed and cleaned before we could use the room. There were numerous webs and daddy long legs on the ceilings, and again I had to go around with the broom to remove them. I understand this is probably part and parcel of country living, the cottage was also surround by folliage, but even so it would have been nicer if a broom and duster had had a quick once over before we arrived,
