The apartment is extremely spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with absolutely everything you need – it truly feels like living in a home rather than just staying temporarily. Everything is functional, tidy, and thoughtfully arranged. The owner is very kind, warm, and always available to help, which makes the stay even more pleasant. Highly recommended!

Everything was fine....Patrizia, the host is a very nice person and the interaction with her was very good; we found almost everything in the fridge for a good and diversified breakfast; also, coffee, juice, water, sparkling wine, cookies.....The location is very convenient, very close from Bologna San Vitale (1 minut by walk) or bus to downtown (10 minutes by walk). The apartment is very cosy, more than enough for 3 persons

It wasn't the case.

Curat, foarte dotat, proprietara super, ne-a lasat tot ce se putea pt micul dejun, pranz,cina. O locatie super!

Locație foarte curată, dotată cu tot ce este nevoie( chiar mai mult), mic dejun bogat și deversificat. Gazda este foarte prietenoasă și dornică să ne ajute. Foarte aproape de stația de tren și inclusiv de gara centrala(1 stație).

I've never had such a well equipped apartment and lovely host! Absolutely exceeded my expectations. The place is large, has everything you need and even more. The mattress is extremely comfy. Train station is 3 min walk, 1 stop to the center of Bologna. But we often just walked in, takes 45 minutes.

Trains and the neighbors are noisy, but we slept well with earplugs. There's not much to do in the immediate area, you need to walk like 20 minutes for some restaurants but for us was not an issue.

Tout était parfait, l’hôte Patrizia a été très disponible et très accueillante. Le frigo était plein quand nous sommes arrivés ! La proximité de la gare pour se rendre dans le centre de Bologne est un vrai plus pour se déplacer.

Dire che ci siamo sentite a casa sarebbe riduttivo. Patrizia è l’host che tutti sognano di incontrare: non solo la casa offre tutto ciò che ci si aspetta, ma va ben oltre. A differenza di molte altre strutture dove l'accoglienza è essenziale, qui abbiamo trovato cibo a volontà e un’attenzione ai dettagli davvero incredibile. Il vero valore aggiunto è stata però la gentilezza di Patrizia: dopo il check-out mi sono accorta di aver dimenticato la mia mascherina per dormire e lei, con una premura fuori dal comune, si è offerta di spedirmela subito. È stata senza dubbio la miglior permanenza di sempre. Grazie di cuore per aver reso il nostro viaggio perfetto!

Alloggio pulito accogliente comodo per spostarsi stazione a 2 passi la proprietaria host eccellente e premurosa da 10 e lode

Ottima struttura, comoda, curata, pulita e accogliente come la deliziosa proprietaria, Patrizia che è stata sempre premurosa e non ci ha fatto mancare nulla.
