Residence Retreat

Squeaky clean place.

Asked for payment even on prepaid booking. Even when their portal reflected the paid amount. Wasted time asking for multiple proofs. Old worn out bedsheets and bedcovers. Place lacked basic toiletries

Landed at residence retreat apartments at 4am on a rainy Friday. The host at the reception desk quickly provided the necessary services seamlessly. Ran into some payment issues from my end , but was able to resolve it the next day with the help of the staff. Extremely friendly staff, great breakfast - especially if you love Idli, Sambar & Chutney combo. The apartment is cleanly maintained and the service staff used to make it tidy every single day of my stay. 1bhk apartment has enough room for 2 people. The location makes it a big plus since it is very close to the main road and is easily accessible by cabs, autos, Rapidos. My stay was definitely enjoyable and worth the value for money.

Few things which they can definitely improve : - Standardizing the kitchen ware. Right now, every apartment gets a set of utensils which seemed very used and sometimes don't have the right handle/cap etc. - Pest control. Saw a few cockroaches frequently wander outside in the kitchen. Definitely a concern. - Wifi. Initially the apartment's Wifi router didn't work so had to do not of back and forth and get access to another Wifi network.

Breakfast is really good . If possible Salad & Egg can make a big difference in breakfast

Breakfast needs to improve. Towels and linens had spots, Old ones needs to be discarded.
