Lava and Hariz were extremely helpful and responsive to my numerous requests. Offered us a free upgrade when we wanted to extend our stay even before we checked in. Really impressed by their graciousness.

Great location, beautiful building and aesthetic

Paper thin walls so you can hear your neighbours' every move; long set of stairs and no assistance to carry luggage up and down. Something to consider if you have heavy bags!
